Refund and Exchange Policy
Exchanges
Exchanges are only allowed in the following unlikely cases:
- Packets that have live or dead weevils or where the product has gone bad at the time of delivery.
- Packets that are torn or not sealed properly at the time of delivery.
- Products that have expired or gone bad by the time of delivery.
Conditions for Exchange:
- Proof of bill and original packaging must be provided at the time of exchange.
- Once used, products will be ineligible for exchange or return.
Returns
Terms and Conditions for Returns:
- Returns of products will only be accepted within 48 hours of delivery.
- No refunds will be entertained for returned products. Instead, the product will be replaced.
Return Process:
- To initiate a return, you can raise a return request or contact us at [email protected] or call us at 8891767633.
- If your return is accepted, our delivery partners will collect the package.
- Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Exceptions / Non-returnable Items:
- Certain perishable items, like batters and chutneys, cannot be returned.
- Sale items are not eligible for returns.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and process a replacement.
Cancellations
- Cancellation requests will be accepted only if the product has not yet been dispatched.
- If your cancellation request is accepted, you are entitled to a full refund.
Note:Â Spicy Kabana reserves the right to cancel or refuse to accept any order for reasons including, but not limited to, non-availability of stock, pricing errors, informational errors, or issues with the personal/financial details provided by the customer.
